Hello openSUSE!
I worked on a simple checklist that represents step necessary to donate software under the openSUSE project wings.
The usecase is e.g. donation of software from github.com/SUSE under /openSUSE wings. Or any other future software donation.
I've already asked Release team for initial feedback, and now I'd like to ask factory@ as well.

Any feedback is welcome. You might as well use the discussion tab feature in Wiki to submit your proposals/snippets. Let's keep it simple.
Let's work on it till next Thursday 1st of Dec, incorporate suggested changes and make it official.
