Hello team, I would like to announce that Build 491.1 is our Gold Master for Leap 15.5. We'll work over the next 7 days on prepping infra to be able to propagate data to mirrors so it's distributed when the marketing announcement is published live, according to the *schedule, on 7th June at 12:00 UTC. Currently, two things worry me and that's the unavailability of survey.opensuse.org for our retrospective survey. I'm confident that we either fix/redeploy the LimeSurvey instance or simply find some 3rd party replacement (suggestions for something that can easily handle and export 500+ responses and supports annonymous surveys are welcome). The other one is opensuse-community.org readiness for 15.5 (not a blocker). I did contact the right people let's hope for the best. Many thanks for all of you who participated on the release! I just received a heads up that SLES 15 SP5 has a confirmed GMC. So big congratulations to the SLES team. This implies that the Leap 15.5 build which is currently being cooked in OBS is our (first) Gold Master Candidate.

So far everything suggests that we can keep up with the current https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Roadmap and have GA on June 7th.
