What do I need to do to get VirtualBox 7.1.20 released. 7.1.0 is coming in 20 days.

I have tested and done an osc sr to release virtualbox7.0.20 - it is in virtualization. Larry Finger handled everything and I managed to get 7.0.20 to build and work in OBS. How do I get it out to the repos?
osc sr Virtualization virtualbox openSUSE:Factory So essentially the same you did to get it into Virtualization. Cheers, Dominique

osc sr Virtualization virtualbox openSUSE:Factory
On submit requests to packages that are in Factory and are "a link" the SR should ask if you want to submit the changes to Factory. And it will automatically create a SR for you. Of course, that means there is no additional testing in Virtualization, which depending on the package might be obligatory or at least usual. But normally if the packager thinks the package is good enough, who to know better? Kind Regards, Johannes

Only if you accept a SR in the web UI. AFAIK this functionality is not available in the commandline tool nor if you modify the package without a SR. Thanks Michal

Sorry, yes, I was talking about the graphical WebUI on OBS. Kind Regards, Johannes
