Setup failure in 42.1, then inherited to 42.2... I now fixed this for 42.2. If needed for 42.1, we'd need a bug report and someone would have to create a maintenance request with the coresponding package built.

Leap 42.1 was completly rebuilt based on SLE12SP1 and only things that are maintained and the maintainers were confident to submit it to Leap was integrated.

Seems this does not apply to uwsgi - active maintainers taking on this task are needed to make it happen.
