[opensuse-factory] The future of libqt4

It's kind of hard, there are many dependencies spread throughout the distribution. We already phased out the Qt4 WebKit component, which was arguably the most security critical one. For the rest, at least for software by KDE that still depends on Qt4, the plan is to use the newer KF5-based replacements after they become available.
