[opensuse-factory] Plasma 5.3 - installing debug symbols uses a konsole window

Hi, When a plasma-related process crashes ( which happens every now and then :-) ) I get prompted to install additional debug symbols . When performing that action, a konsole window is started which in turn invokes zypper. I recall that before the upgrade this happened in a more GUI-like way ( possibly packagekit-integrated ). Is this expected? If it's not, where should I report it, openSUSE or KDE?
