The latest Tumbleweed update broke window shading
# cat /etc/os-release NAME="openSUSE Tumbleweed" # VERSION="20240627" ID="opensuse-tumbleweed" ID_LIKE="opensuse suse" VERSION_ID="20240627" PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE Tumbleweed" ANSI_COLOR="0;32" # CPE 2.3 format, boo#1217921 CPE_NAME="cpe:2.3:o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20240627:*:*:*:*:*:*:*" #CPE 2.2 format #CPE_NAME="cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20240627" BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugzilla.opensuse.org" SUPPORT_URL="https://bugs.opensuse.org" HOME_URL="https://www.opensuse.org" DOCUMENTATION_URL="https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Tumbleweed" LOGO="distributor-logo-Tumbleweed" I just did a zypper dup & rebooted, and window shading is broken. I have a script that kicks off 24 boinc windows that I manually position and use the wheel to shade. After this update, the shading is broken; the windows shrink to the title bar (as expected) but they don't grow back. Instead they stay as just a titlebar plus a couple of pixels. I also can't submit bugs via bugzilla; when I try to log in I get the message "There is already an account with the login name sh33p@blisteringsheep.com." Changing my password had not effect.
