openSUSE 12.1 Milestone 3 x86_64 i7
I get collectd messages every 10 seconds on the active tty console screen:
collectd[2141]: uc_update: Value too old: name = WebYaST/df/df-root; value time - 1311954645; last cache update = 1311954645;
This is caused by the method of collectds df plugin how to automatically retrieve its list of devices (if not specified in the config file) - it adds any entry in the mtab. As "/" is likely to exist twice, once with "rootfs" and once with the "real" device entry, values for "/" will be pushed twice per update cycle. Workaround: Specify the list of devices in the config file. ... or just use the patched version from my home repository (home:StefanBruens:branches:server:monitoring). SR pending ... tks, I have removed collectsd. I am using the Milestone #? NET installs to browse and read email via remote screen connection, having very few probs that are *probably* not related to VBox. tks, since you have corrected this, I will not bother with a bug report. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
