[opensuse-factory] openSUSE:Leap:15.2 - Build fail notification
Dear Package maintainers and hackers.
Below package(s) in openSUSE:Leap:15.2 have been failing to build for at
least 4 weeks. We tried to send out notifications to the
configured bugowner/maintainers of the package(s), but so far no
fix has been submitted. This probably means that the
maintainer/bugowner did not yet find the time to look into the
matter and he/she would certainly appreciate help to get this
sorted.
- PyGreSQL
- courier-authlib
- ghc-store
- gnokii
- psqlODBC
- python-matrix-synapse-ldap3
Unless somebody is stepping up and submitting fixes, the listed
package(s) are going to be removed from openSUSE:Leap:15.2.
Kind regards,
openSUSE release team

- PyGreSQL - courier-authlib
The courier-authlib build fail would be fixed if someone accepted https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/785812 and forwarded this request to Factory. Short of bluntly overriding the maintainer of this package by accepting it, I don't think there is anything to do here to help.

It looks rather like a misconfiguration of Leap 15.2 -- Stefan Seyfried "For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled." -- Richard Feynman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Leap 15.x has NEVER been declared suse_version > 1500 - it is, now and forever, suse_version == 1500 (change will be with Leap 16.x) https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_for_Leap#RPM_Distro_Version_Macro... Cheers, Dominique

Ah yes. I remember. I always forget that suse_version has nothing to do with the SUSE version ;-) Fortunately I managed to get by mostly without suse_version in "my" spec files. -- Stefan Seyfried "For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled." -- Richard Feynman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
