Skip graphical welcome-message of SL/SLES 10
Hi, how can I skip the graphical preboot welcome-message (with all the different languages) of SL 10.1/SLES 10rc1? Unfortunately this hangs the HVM-Xen-installation so that I'm not able to install SuSE Linux as HVM-guest on the system! Thanks a lot, -- Chau y hasta luego, Thorolf

I had this error already during beta-status of SL and SLES on a Intel Bensley-system (Xeon dual-cpu, dual-core, AM64T, HT, VT) and now on a Intel Pentum D 930 with SL 10.1 and SELS 10.0RC1! Now I tried to make an installation directly with Qemu 0.81 (the Qemu-version in Xen is quite old) and there it works. I also get the green lines on the top of the screen and the rest is white, but only for a second, then comes the "international welcome preboot-screen" and after that the boot-menu! So it seems that my problem is more Xen, specificly Qemu-related! -- Chau y hasta luego, Thorolf
