[opensuse-factory] I am missing "ecryptfs" in Leap 42.1
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask. I notice that "ecryptfs" (or "ecryptfs-utils") is missing from Milestone 2. Can anything be done to include it in time for the final release. There's other missing software that I can probably manage without. But I have built the use of "ecryptfs" into the way that I handle personal data. So I would really miss it. I'm not particularly concerned whether it comes from the SLE version of "ecryptfs" or the Tumbleweed version -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Something can be done - you can submit the package to Leap yourself Instructions are on our wiki https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:How_to_contribute_to_Leap -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

As there is already ecryptfs-utils in SLE 12, all you should need to do in order to get it added to Leap is the following osc submitrequest -m 'Submitting ecryptfs-utils for openSUSE Leap' SUSE:SLE-12-SP1:GA/ecryptfs-utils openSUSE:42 That'll create a submit request to get the package added based on the SLE sources. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
