[opensuse-factory] daylight saving time
Hi folks, How the DST is set in openSUSE? If uses something upstream or not? I'm asking because in Brazil now we have fixed times to start and end the DST. There are various timezone databases and we update them regulary, one is in glibc, one in java etc. The latest Brazil change will be pushed out via online update. (But please tell your other neighbouring south american countries please not to change it every 6 months ... Thanks) Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

Hehehe, I assume you mean Argentina :-) We didn't know about this after two sundays ago, when our PC clocks advance in one hour (even goolge time was wrong :-) ). After some investigation we found out that we will changing to DST at oct 19. As you can see, here we are less informed than you ;-) -- Kind Regards -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
