Hi, I just submitted mls' perl 5.14 after checking the build failures in devel:languages:perl together with mls. I don't expect a huge problem from it, but it's hard to judge from test suites alone - so be warned. Perl 5.14 is just released, instead of waiting for months having the new releases as soon as possible is very good from release perspective. Not every update of every language is backward compatible. Modern Perl, which activates most bc-breaking features only on demand, is well suited to be rolled out as-available. -- Ralf Lang Linux Consultant / Developer B1 Systems GmbH Osterfeldstraße 7 / 85088 Vohburg / http://www.b1-systems.de GF: Ralph Dehner / Unternehmenssitz: Vohburg / AG: Ingolstadt,HRB 3537 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
