New package 'multiload-ng' for Factory
This package came from a discussion about 'xfce4-panel-plugin- multiload-nandhp'[1], between Bengt Gördén, Carlos E. R. and myself. We've settled on what can be seen at the X11:Utilities devel project[2]. The main offering so far is for the base multiload-ng & multiload-ng- systray binaries (multiload-ng-base package) along with the panel plugin files for xfce4 (multiload-ng-xfce4). The github project shows it works with other panels but I'm a bspwm+tint2 user and Carlos uses xfce4 - so that's all which is presently configured for build. It[3] supports the following panels: - XFCE (xfce4-panel) - LXDE (lxpanel) - MATE (mate-panel) - Ubuntu Unity (through libappindicator) - Every panel with support for Application Indicators - System tray (virtually any panel with a systray, in particular those without external plugins support, like tint2) - Standalone (has its own window, not embedded in any panel) - Avant Window Navigator (EXPERIMENTAL) [1] https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/users@lists.opensuse.org/thread/C7R...
