Hello, leaving feedback on Opensuse Tumbleweed. 1 - The internet is more stable on tumbleweed. It only turned off once after many hours of use. 2 - I'm using Chromium, which opensuse distributes in the store. I couldn't install google chrome, it gave an error in the authentication key, in yast. I'm going to use chromium anyway, and a great browser, and Opensuse even packs 😃 Some videos on youtube and lives are failing, it is not possible to play. I believe that free and non free codecs are missing, some support or something like that in the browser. Videos at 720p60fps, 1080p60fps, 2k60fps, 4k60fps, 8k60fps, fail a lot, I believe it's because of hardware and gpu acceleration, codecs, drivers etc 3 - In the repositories that appear in the discover settings, the repository that comes with the pen drive used to format it is not automatically deleted. The system leaves it enabled, with the permanent date of the file used to format. 4 - Thanks, 😃 laptop 8gb ram intel uhd 600 i915 geminilake glk2 intel celeron n4000 (2) 2.60ghz ssd 256gb abnt2 ptbr utf8

Sure that this is not an issue of your provider/router? For me it works flawless

Chrome is an application to collect data about your, which by chance displays webpages as well. You are definitels better off with Chromium - or Firefox.

yes, its a legal thing. Install opi and run opi codecs

Use YaST (or zypper rm ) to deleted it Cheers Axel

Known issue, google it :-) You can just ignore it and install, or install the key "properly", which is not trivial.

Did you do the packman switch? -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from openSUSE 15.5 (Laicolasse))

If you want Netflix on your computer, you will have to install Chrome, it is a codecs problem which I could not solve with anything from packman. https://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64 Peter

I think you need to enable DRM content Cheers Axel

I found it: Plug in Google Widevine CDM, another AddOn, which might mean Google would get my data anyway, so it doesn't matter whether I use Chrome or Firefox for Netflix. cu Peter

With the Widevine CDM in Firefox, Google does not get any data, it's running in a sandbox inside of Firefox and only used to decode the DRM video. DRM has problems by itself but you cannot use sites like Netflix and quite a few other video sites without it.
