Hi, openSUSE:Factory/shaderc is blocked for x86_64 and haven't been recompiled. You may install rebuilt version of `libshaderc_shared1` from [1] — add repository and install as usual (or just download one file and install that rpm if you like).

I do not perceive this is the right way. All packages and fixes come out of the official repos.

I haven't said it's a right way, but it's an easiest way to get mpv working now. Other way is to detect and downgrade libraries, because downgrading mpv won't solve problem, problematic package is libshaderc_shared1. Or just wait when that package would be rebuilt and come into next snapshot.
