I can confirm this for a 939 AMD 64-3700. This is a slow machine. I encounter the problem with kmail and mainly with chromium. FF seams to be less hit by this. (Can be usage pattern bias, so I would not rely on this selection, but kmail definitely) Honestly I thought it was due to the slow power of the PC. Nvidia Graphics GX210 and opensGL 3.1 set for Desktop. But yes, I have that too. --- Alle Postfächer an einem Ort. here I am using an intel machine (Lenovo X220) and I also see this issue, however it is not biased to specific applications and I even sometimes have to click on the Application Menu and the tray symbols twice. found a possible workaround: My panel is at the upper edge of the screen and when I do concentrate to not click the middle of a launched application on task manager but on the very upper edge of the screen above the actual app symbol one single click is enough to get the application window shown/hidden every time. Perhaps this also works with a panel on the lower screen edge and click to the lower edge of the screen to get apps activated/hidden?
