Already did that on my two home boxes, no problems found. -- "If debugging is the process of removing bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in." - Edsger Dijkstra -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

No problems booting with 208 on a Dell netbook rng-tools.service fails to start but that is probably not related to the systemd version Later, Robert -- Robert Schweikert MAY THE SOURCE BE WITH YOU SUSE-IBM Software Integration Center LINUX Tech Lead Public Cloud Architect rjschwei@suse.com rschweik@ca.ibm.com 781-464-8147 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I modified this package the last time.. I do not know what "enabled" it, whatever it did, is wrong, since nowadays rng-tools will come up automatically when a hwrng device is registered or when the user has manually configured/enabled the daemon explicitly. I suggest you remove the package and install haveged in that machine.

Upgraded and reboot without issues on LVM with Home encrypted. I would say it improved the startup and poweroff times by reducing both. The 355 upgrades surprised me, but all seems OK. Larry -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

At the moment it does not really do anything useful. There are several attempts with different level of success, you can check systemd-devel archives. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
