[opensuse-factory] 2X Failed so start Load Kernel Modules
This has been happening on most of my installations, maybe all, for many months. Why does systemd try to load modules the system has no apparent need for, or do not exist? What should be providing pciehp? AFAIK, I've never had a system that requires dm* for storage access. The few systems I have using RAID use md_mod. e.g., on TW20180401: # journalctl -b | grep ailed Apr 03 04:04:27 gx280 kernel: acpi PNP0A03:00: _OSC failed (AE_NOT_FOUND); disabling ASPM Apr 03 04:04:27 gx280 systemd-modules-load[129]: Failed to find module 'pciehp' Apr 03 04:04:27 gx280 systemd-modules-load[129]: Failed to insert 'dm_multipath': No such file or directory Apr 03 04:04:51 gx280 systemd-modules-load[390]: Failed to find module 'pciehp' Apr 03 04:04:51 gx280 systemd[1]: systemd-modules-load.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
