I read announcement https://news.opensuse.org/2023/02/21/leap-reaches-beta-phase/ and it contains two unfortunate misinformations. First, it is not clear, that Plasma missed beta release and will be included a few weeks later. There are already reddit questions what is wrong. Second, "Linux Kernel 5.14.21 will remain the same as that of Leap 15.4.", which is I guess is not true, because every minor release in past contained a lot of driver backports from newer kernels. In the next announcement it will be better to promote info, that number of 5.14.21 does not mean "old kernel", but that it contains graphics (sound, wifi?) drivers of new kernel x.x.x
