Thank you, Andy Tumbleweed has moved to python3.7, and FrreCAD is not in the distro itself, so you depend on the maintainer of FreeCAD to have it built with python3.7

Although, the mentioned version (0.17.1534399137.9948ee4f1-57.16) must indeed come from some other repo, as Tumbleweed currently has 0.17.1534399137.9948ee4f1-1.5. Hard to say anything without knowing the repos in use therefore... If it's "science", it has been fixed there hours ago already. But it might take some time until the repo is fully rebuilt and published (i.e. the problem should vanish soon).
