No Tumbleweed is a rolling release There is no plan to release an openSUSE 13.3

(possible) Roadmap:

OpenSUSE Factory (alpha packages) --> OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (beta and stable packages, fix all small quirks) --> OpenSUSE 13.3 (stable Release)

As for Leap 42: pointless, i don't see "OpenSUSE-ers" using this...

The old release model.. is done.. There is Tumbleweed and Leap now, both serving different needs.
