[opensuse-factory] Kpat will not work
Since three or four weeks patience (kpat) won't work. The program loads at the first page where you can choose the play you want to have. The page does not respond to any mouse click. Nor at the choice at the play, nor at the toolbar. Killing kpat has to be forced. Did a reinstall of kpat without any improvement. Running kpat in konsole gave me following: kpat games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 22 = game_restart , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 2 = game_load , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 3 = game_load_recent , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 5 = game_save_as , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 11 = game_quit , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 13 = move_undo , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 14 = move_redo , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 24 = move_demo , KActionCollection(0x1f4ddc0, name = "KXMLGUIClient-KActionCollection") ) games.ui: KStandardGameAction::create( 23 = move_hint , QObject(0x0) ) games.lib: Setting theme: "Clean Green" Is there some leftover from a previous game I played or something from a update gone wrong which I could delete? Any idea how I could repair kpat? -- Linux User 183145 using KDE4 Tumbleweed on a Pentium IV , powered by openSUSE 20160209 (x86_64) Kernel: 4.4.1-4.g4dac1be-default KDE Development Platform: 4.14.16 12:42pm up 0:23, 2 users, load average: 0.12, 0.57, 1.20 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Maybe there’s some settings causing the problems (e.g. for using a theme that’s no longer installed)? Try deleting the following files and folders (quit KPat before doing this): ./.config/kpatrc ./.kde/share/apps/kpat ./.kde/share/config/kpat ./.kde/share/config/kpatrc ./.kde4/share/apps/kpat ./.kde4/share/config/kpatrc ./.local/share/kxmlgui5/kpat ./.local/share/kpat -- Karl Ove Hufthammer -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
