[opensuse-factory] python3 for SLE12 SP2

Same question for devel:languages:go. Interestingly, a Leap 42.2 target exists, so maybe it's just an oversight? If so, should OBS inform maintainers actively? From a maintainers perspective, I only learn about new additions to OBS (esp. non-suse) through the news on the front page or when a user nags me. Hi Daniel, New targets need to be added manually, in a number of cases maintainers forget or don't realise people may be interested and as such don't enable them. If you leave a nice comment in the right spot on build.opensuse.org or send them a nice email chances are they will enable them for you, but they may not guarantee that all the contents of the repo will build.
