Hi, Today I have my android phone connected to the laptop via USB, but it doesn't charge; in fact, it discharges (verified after some hours of having it connected). I moved the cable to an 1A charger (usb battery pack), and it charges. Connecting to the laptop it says it is charging for some seconds, then the icon changes to discharging (on the phone). I'm going now to reboot to 42.2 and see if there is a difference. [...] Yes, on 42.3 it charges. I reboot to 15.0 without moving the cable, and at some point during the boot it stops charging. I also rebooted the phone. Prior to rebooting the phone, it only charged on the 2A socket of the charger. So the same. I connect instead my tablet to the laptop, same cable, and it charges; but this test is not very reliable because it is at 99% charge. So I try to charge my USB battery pack from the laptop, and it charges. It is the phone which doesn't: it charges for a second or two, then the icon indicates it is discharging.
