Some people interpret this means "NOW", instead of waiting till all the updates are finished. Surprised? Me too. Well, two persons have done that recently, to my knowledge (see the forum for details). I suggest you (devs) make sure that YaST, zypper, apper, etc, pop the message at the very end, not at the middle.
