[opensuse-factory] Splash screen progress bar
HI What happens in during the last 15% of the progress bar just before it displays the desktop? It takes longer than the 85% section took to get to that point. regards Ian -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Ian How about (a lot of) processes being started simultaniously? The difference time-wise could be explained in the preloading of stuff.

preload has been thrown out long ago. It seems more like a case of: percentage of units started (rather than percentage of work done), paired with the fact that the later services tend to be heavier. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
