That looks like the famous "gpg is waiting for input but not getting any". Switch to console 1, ps xa |grep gpg - and kill it.

Occasionally this also copies the full installation source to /var/lib/zypp. Check with ps ax for "cp -dR" processes. Ciao, Marcusk
