[opensuse-factory] Re: [Flightgear-users] OpenGL graphics context
Hey Group; After downloading and compiling everything needed for Flightgear to work and the following error show up. I have installed NVidia's .run. which required adding --ignoreABI in /etc/X11/initd/xserverrc. Guess what? as root glxgears fails. # glxgears glxgears: Error: glXCreateContext failed And fgfs still fails after everything was recompiled. as root even> # fgfs Error: Unable to create OpenGL graphics context. Error: Unable to create OpenGL graphics context. Segmentation fault Notice the word "context" in both errors. Does anyone know if it is xorg, openSuSE or KDE4 problem that is causing Flightgear not to work -- 73 de Donn Washburn 307 Savoy Street Email:" n5xwb@comcast.net " Sugar Land, TX 77478 LL# 1.281.242.3256 Ham Callsign N5XWB HAMs : " n5xwb@arrl.net " VoIP via Gizmo: bmw_87kbike / via Skype: n5xwbg BMW MOA #: 4146 - Ambassador " http://counter.li.org " #279316 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
