[opensuse-factory] package rename question

Hi All, While converting libvirt-python to singlespec, I had to rename it to python-libvirt-python. According to [1], package renaming appears to be a manual process. I've done the rename [2] and now want to submit it to Factory. The wiki page is a bit sparse on that. Do I simply submit the renamed package along with sending a request to drop the previously named one?
