Any reason the audit package is stuck on an older version?
While investing the benign warning lines in the systemd audit.service log at the end of this post, I noticed that the audit package is stuck at version 3.1.1 (released Apr 27, 2023) while it is at 3.1.4 (released Apr 10, 2024) Any reason this has not been updated for 1 year ? I briefly tried to build v3.1.4 locally on my system and it did just fine without modification. Although there is a multibuild version (audit-secondary) that includes many patches, which would probably not build without changes, but I'm not sure what this is used for and not super familiar with multibuild as well. There is even a 4.x version of audit now, but it probably entails breaking changes requiring to rework the .spec file. //////// Jul 15 10:58:29 p72 auditd[1741]: Option builtin_af_unix line 10 is obsolete - using /sbin/audisp-af_unix Jul 15 10:58:29 p72 auditd[1741]: Option builtin line 11 is obsolete - update it
