openSUSE Tumblewee kernel-desktop-3.13.1-11.1.g5531b68.x86_64 and kernel-desktop-devel-3.13.1-11.1.g5531b68.x86_64 are built but kernel-devel-3.13.1-11.1.g5531b68.x86_64 is not. Give the build system time, it will catch up. Or just use the kernel-desktop-devel package, that's all you should need here, right?

Yes tks, I see that it has, kernel-desktop 3.13.1-12.1.gfc9498b kernel-desktop-devel 3.13.1-12.1.gfc9498b kernel-devel 3.13.1-12.1.gfc9498b

No need header files from kernel-devel to build the nv driver.
