[opensuse-factory] GNOME 3.16 packaged for openSUSE 13.2?
Are there any plans to package GNOME 3.16 for openSUSE 13.2 (non-Tumbleweed)? It is quite possible I am missing something quite obvious. Robert, We are currently looking into this matter but, at this time, do not yet commit to be providing a repository. In any case, it will NOT be part of the regular update channels. This is far beyond the scope. The biggest issue we're likely to face is that GNOME 3.16 get's much more integrated with wayland, which is not sufficiently new on openSUSE 13.2; Please stay tuned, or join the team in #opensuse-gnome (on irc.freenode.net) and help in making it a reality.
