[opensuse-factory] 10.3A1 upgrade from 10.2
Hardware: Compaq lt1720US laptop 256M ram (activated swap when requested) Trying to use FTP install and run into the following error: After performing "Loading installation System" (much activity from FTP server) I get to "Select Mode" and choose "Update" then get the error "Failed to initialize the catalog. Try again?" If I select "Yes" I get a screen showing the correct info and select "OK" and get the same error again. This repeats continuously after being put into text mode install screen. In console screen I see the following excerpt: Loading image "10.3/mnt/boot/i386/root" cramfs: "root 73076" image size: 73076 kB So it appears that FTP is working. Since I don't run an HTTP server this is rather hard. Is this going to be fixed in the next alpha release?
