[opensuse-factory] system freeze with kde3 and kde4
Hi, In a openSUSE forum in my language, some guys are having problems with KDE4 and KDE3, the system freezes at different points, sometimes on the login screen, some times later, etc... I was having this problem when I had 11.0 RC1 installed. Is it also the case with those having this problem you mention above? (So far I haven't had this problem with 11.0 GM.) Seams to be related, the only difference is that in your case, it freezed with kde3 and kde4 installed....but with the guys it freeze with kde3 only or kde4 only or both... We are trying to search what is the reason... At least 2 conditions need to be known: are they using 11.0 after upgrading from 10.3 or are the installations all new; and are the installations from the GM DVD or from LIVE cds (and I know that there is no LiVE kde3 cd).
