[opensuse-factory] Sound does not work anymore..

I am have the same sound problem. YaSt tells me snd_emu10k1 is not loaded. lsmod says it is. If I play with Kmix and modprobe enough sound comes on but the next boot and its gone again. I do not see the setting you mention on my mixer. This is on openSUSE 11.0 alpha 1.
