I set systemsettings keyboard Clicking files or folders: opens them if you are referring to something else, I have not noticed a change requiring a "double click". -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet oftc

I am on x11, wayland is not suitable yet for my work. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet oftc
Wayland has a lot of problems -- more than color I think you mentioned. I'm having extreme themes problems and terrible mouse problems. On Fri, Mar 15, 2024 at 4:46 PM Patrick Shanahan <paka@opensuse.org> wrote:

I just found the setting. It's in Workspace -> General Behavior. Set it but haven't tested it yet. I'm betting there are other people looking for the same setting. On Fri, Mar 15, 2024 at 4:11 PM Patrick Shanahan <paka@opensuse.org> wrote:

Some settings can be found by search. For example, open "System Settings" and type "click" or "double click" in the search box at the top-left. This also works with KRunner. Search is certainly and unfortunately not perfect, but it might reduce the effort of finding a setting. -- Tony Walker <tony.walker.iu@gmail.com> PGP Key @ https://tonywalker1.github.io/ or https://keys.openpgp.org/ 9F46 D66D FF6C 182D A5AC 11E1 8559 98D1 7543 319C
Yes, it is there. I also looked under the mouse settings first. And I don't think much of this change either. But it works. Still... Regards Eric Am 16. März 2024 00:43:54 MEZ schrieb Chuck Davis <cjgunzel@gmail.com>:

Insanely stupid? Not hardly. It's the most popular setting on any OS out there. Anyway, to answer your question, the setting is on the main page of system settings (Quick Settings). Under "Clicking on files and folders" Scott
