[opensuse-factory] No mouse under vmware player

There are no "/var/log/Xorg.*" files, so I don't know how to find out what the problem is, unless they are on some other place. I tried to change the default windomanager, gdm, to something else; but zypper can not find wdm nor lightdm. What else can I install?
