Can't ssh as root to hosts on LAN after Tumbleweed 20210611 update
/etc/ssh/ssh_config no longer exists. /etc/ssh # l ssh_config.d/ total 8 drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 4096 Jun 9 21:20 ./ drwxr-xr-x. 4 root root 4096 Jun 14 01:30 .. ssh -X <hostname> or ipaddress just keeps asking for root password. I can login as user and use "su -" to get a root prompt. lancelot@slipstream:~> ssh -X sabre Password: Last login: Thu Apr 8 16:39:51 2021 from 192.168.10.226 Have a lot of fun... access control disabled, clients can connect from any host xhost: must be on local machine to enable or disable access control. lancelot@sabre:~> su - Password: sabre:~ # Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ...
