It was never submitted to Factory, so it only exists in some projects on the OBS. The maintainer should be contacted to push it to Factory (possibly via GNOME:Factory).

It wasn't building, so I found a patch (the fix was trivial), and I submitted it to Education, where it was accepted. So there is a working version there at least.
