No, it isn't. There is no knode at all in Tumbleweed, because it has been dropped (upstream) over a year ago.

Yes, because we still shipped kdepim4 in 42.1. Kdepim5 was quite new at that time, and therefore we decided to not install it by default yet. Even in Tumbleweed it replaced kdepim4 only months later...
