Hello, Can anyone take a look why this package (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=docky&project=home%3Asnowman1967) is not rebuild after several changes. Can anyone take a look why this package (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=docky&project=home%3Asnowman1967) is not rebuild after several changes.
It says "can not parse package name from docky.spec" and you have a "****BuildRequires: fdupes" line that is quite suspicious... In any case it's a problem in the spec file that probably your editor with spec file highlighting will make clear. You should also look at this part: BuildArch: noarch ... %if %{?suse_version} > 1110 # This works on newer version # on older version it dies misserably if used BuildArch: noarch %endif -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

Hello, The fdupes was a error of me. The Buildarch I think that one is right because I use it on several spec files. Roelof -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

The Buildarch I think that one is right because I use it on several spec files.
But the statement "on older version it dies misserably if used" is either true or false, not both ;-) You are first setting the build arch to noarch unconditionally and then resetting to noarch, but only for suse > 1110. IIRC you can use "BuildArch: noarch" globally in any openSUSE version, the problem in older versions only exists if you want to set a subpackage as noarch. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
Hello, You're right. I changed it but still no luck. Roelof ----------------------------------------

I changed it but still no luck.
It's not shown in the web interface. But both vi and kate fails to highlight anything since there are four space characters as start of every line... that for sure is the problem. Again, just take your editor with RPM spec file syntax highlighting and make the file colorful. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
