Include are two reoccurring errors the zypper error happens over and over. The mkinitrd error shows up every time it is run. It does seem to at least work -- 73 de Donn Washburn 307 Savoy Street Email:" n5xwb@comcast.net " Sugar Land, TX 77478 LL# 1.281.242.3256 Ham Callsign N5XWB HAMs : " n5xwb@arrl.net " VoIP via Gizmo: bmw_87kbike / via Skype: n5xwbg BMW MOA #: 4146 - Ambassador " http://counter.li.org " #279316

Report it as a bug to against that package (which one is it? Find out with rpm -qif /etc/init.d/jexec; this should also give you a hint re: the repository it came from in the last line.) Thanks Dominique; This appears to be a Sun Bug and not openSuSE On 04/13/2010 02:46 AM, Dominique Leuenberger wrote:

Why don't you just use the RPMs provided in the non-free repo of openSUSE :) We give you the security updates for free whenever they happen :) Dominique -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

Anything that is Java has come directly from openSuSE either via zypper or yast2. I have not ever downloaded Java related directly from Sun. About the only things I download and install are mp3 sources, kernel, Amarok, FlightGear, Google, Skype, Firefox and Thunderbird related. On 04/13/2010 06:09 AM, Dominique Leuenberger wrote:

I don't really know what are you talking about, but when it comes to Sun Java, then I will always remind bug in their jexec service, which revealed how susceptible on service files mistakes SysVInit is. Lack of some description in jexec service file caused my shutdown to stop in half of process... -- Best regards, Jakub 'Livio' Rusinek http://blog.jakubrusinek.pl/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
