You aren't alone sudo zypper rm python-qt5-common-devel

Also, if you have installed some other python-qt5-*-sip package, e.g. # zypper rm python-qtwebengine-qt5-sip python-qscintilla-qt5-sip

... and so on.

sudo zypper dup

There is some thread to trace the issue

I am really sorry that it turned out this way. The next released TW snapshot will fix it.
