There's actually a package libHX.so.28 in the snapshot.

Usual inconsistencies of Factory I would say. libHX was updated, rebuilt and published but pam_mount was not rebuilt on top of that. Usually such things settle rather soon (if pam_mount builds of course; it might as well need patching in case the API of libHX changed).
