[opensuse-factory] How does get_version_number.sh or get_version_release.sh work?

It's not supposed to work at all. There's a couple of packages that still contain those files, but they have no effect AFAICT. There's also the Release: tag in the prjconf, which changes the format of the generated Release: tag in the spec file.
