Tumbleweed is "just" another repository for openSUSE. I could understand this way, when Tumbleweed came as an *independent* system, but this isn´t the way for TW, I guess.

Possibly, yes, but if you can figure out how to properly modify the _project file in order to get it to be installed, please let me know.
