[opensuse-factory] problem on tp X200 after upgrade to 11.2RC2
Hello, (sorry if this is known) i ran into a problem after doing a zypper dup yesterday, upgrading to 11.2RC2 from 11.1. on a thinkpad X200 laptop. When booting (normal kernel or failsafe, doesn't make a difference), the system gets stuck after Starting HAL ..OK The system is still responsive to the SYSRQ key and to ctrl alt del. When I boot into runlevel 3, I can switch to runlevel 5 by hand without problems, but booting into runlevel 5 directly hangs the system. Does anyone have a pointer, what this might be related to ? (earlykdm on intel graphics ?) Probably unrelated, but I also noticed that a lot of Plasma widgets in KDE4 have gone dark again, as on some earlier KDE4 versions under 11.1, this problem had been gone however, with the latest 11.1 and KDE4 updates before I updated to 11.2RC2.
