Last stable LO version can be found in the LibreOffice:Stable project. The repositories are at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Stable/

Tim I'm using KDE 4.6.1 and I wouldn't call it 100% stable, I have something that's causing sporadic disk hogging that I haven't quite tracked down possibly a conflict between nvidia and "Display Management change monitor".
