I guess christian server use a 5 minutes delay to discourage spam, but I also get a server alert for this jdd -- http://dodin.org

Weirdly it was caused by a "Reply to list" on the "New Tumbleweed snapshot 20210920 released!" (resulting in a "Re: New Tumbleweed snapshot 20210920 released!" subject) always resulting in that "550 5.7.1 Spam identified (9.0/5.0)" errors no matter what the body of the mail was. Changing the mail's subject to something else fixed it...
